Omar Hicks is a personal trainer at one of the east coast's most exclusive fitness clubs - for women. He's handsome, fit, and quite the ladies man. He'll do anything to please his clients, in and out of the gym. Asia Chapley is a no non-sense kind of woman. She's single, sane, and staying away from sex until the right man comes along, which unfortunately is taking longer than she expected.

When the two meet, an elaborate game of cat and mouse begins, passions flair, sparks fly and a trip to the bedroom is inevitable. Or is it? When Asia suspects that Omar is only after one thing, she tightens the proverbial chastity belt in an attempt to break him down, and someone gets more than they bargain for.
